I am a seasoned and versatile technology leader with a passion for building and scaling software engineering organizations that deliver high-quality products that customers love. I have extensive experience in cloud architecture, software and product delivery, and all things DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering.
I have a deep understanding of how to create or transform technology organizations using a holistic approach that considers organizational dynamics and design, development processes, product management frameworks, architectural strategy, and overall culture.
I am an expert in implementing strategies to minimize or reduce the impact of entropy and I can be a valuable asset to any startup or company looking to transform or scale their product development organization and drive business growth.
I have a proven track record of scaling globally distributed teams of all sizes who work across the stack, including evolving existing architectures and building products from ideation to launch. I am known for creating an inclusive culture of autonomy, transparency, and continuous improvement, and developing other leaders to sustain this culture. With a focus on stakeholder collaboration, experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision making, I have lead organizations to efficiently drive business results.
I have had leadership roles at Hyland Software and Firebolt Analytics building B2B products that serve multiple business verticals including healthcare, government, insurance, higher education, financial services, marketing technology, retail, and more. I have my MBA from the University of Michigan and my BS in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University.

As Head of Cloud Engineering at Firebolt, I was responsible for designing and executing the strategic direction of global DevOps, including the functions of Site Reliability Engineering, Developer Experience, and Platform Engineering.

As Associate Vice President of Cloud Engineering, I was responsible for leading the engineering organizations responsible for 8 distinct B2B SaaS product lines. I collaborated across the organization to establish strategic vision and execution plans, developed and evangelized engineering best practices, and created a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement to grow customer value and revenue.
